Rebecca founded Fafali with a singular vision: to build the infrastructure that allows African tech founders to thrive. She leads Fafali's strategy, partnerships, and the overall mission to accelerate Africa's tech ecosystem.
Jonathan Tweneboah
Chief Technology Officer
Jonathan leads all technology strategy and infrastructure at Fafali. He brings deep expertise in software engineering and emerging tech, ensuring every portfolio company has access to world-class technical guidance across sectors.
John Okyere
Director of Programs & Operations, Ghana
John drives Fafali's ground operations in Ghana — from scouting and vetting promising tech founders to managing program delivery and ensuring cohort companies are set up to succeed technically and operationally.
Solomon Mlan
Program Coordinator
Solomon coordinates the day-to-day running of the Fafali accelerator program — managing cohort scheduling, founder communications, and ensuring every participant has the support they need throughout the program journey.
